Overview
Dc Ecomm LLC ships Calendra products to customers in the United States and select international destinations. All orders are subject to the shipping terms below. If a product cannot be shipped to your country because of local regulations, you will be informed at checkout before any payment is taken.
United States Shipping
Processing Time
US orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST may be processed on the next business day.

Free Standard Shipping on All US Orders
Every US order ships free with standard shipping, with no minimum purchase.
US Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, D.C., as well as US territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands. PO Box and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are accepted for standard shipping.

If your country is not listed, we do not ship there yet. We plan to add more destinations and will update this policy when we do.

Delivery estimates start from the date your order ships, not the date you place it. International delivery can take longer because of customs, local postal services and public holidays in your country. Calendra is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
International Shipping Costs
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your country, the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. The full amount is shown before you confirm your order, with no hidden fees added afterwards.
Product Availability by Country
Supplement regulations differ from country to country, so some products may not be available in every destination. If a product in your cart cannot be shipped to your country, you will see a notice at checkout before payment, and the product will need to be removed to complete your order. This is not a website error — we only ship products that are permitted in your country. We review availability regularly, so please check at checkout for the latest information.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes and customs fees by the destination country. These charges are paid by the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount, so please check with your local customs office before ordering.
Order Tracking
We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships, which you can use on the carrier's website. For international orders, tracking updates may be limited once the package reaches the local postal service in your country.
Lost, Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at support@trycalendra.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, as described in our Refund Policy.
